The SUSE Linux Enterprise 12 SP1 kernel was updated to fix the following two issues:
- CVE-2017-5970: Remote attackers could have potentially caused a denial
of service by sending bad IP options on a socket (bsc#1024938)
- Fix a regression in MD RAID1 which could have caused wrong data to be
'Linux Kernel' package(s) on SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 12-SP1, SUSE Linux Enterprise Live Patching 12, SUSE Linux Enterprise Module for Public Cloud 12, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12-SP1, SUSE Linux Enterprise Software Development Kit 12-SP1, SUSE Linux Enterprise Workstation Extension 12-SP1.
