Description:	Summary: NoticeWare Mail Server is prone to a denial of service (DoS) vulnerability. Vulnerability Insight: This flaw is due to an error when handling multiple POP3 connections. The server can crash when handling large number of POP3 connections issuing login requests. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will let the attacker cause denial of service. Affected Software/OS: NoticeWare Mail Server version 5.1.2.2 and prior. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
