Vulnerability Insight: Hayawardh Vijayakumar discovered that AccountsService incorrectly handled privileges when modifying the language settings on Ubuntu. A local attacker could exploit this issue to modify arbitrary files, and possibly create a denial of service or obtain increased privileges.
