Vulnerability Insight: The flaws are due to the CFNetwork does not ensure that a Set-Cookie HTTP header is complete before interpreting the header's value and a heap-based buffer overflow error in Ruby. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow attacker to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (memory corruption) and to bypass access restrictions. Affected Software/OS: Apple Mac OS X versions 10.7.x through 10.7.5 Solution: These vulnerabilities were addressed in Security Update 2014-002. CVSS Score: 6.8 CVSS Vector: AV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
