Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow a remote attacker to read arbitrary files by leveraging an application's unrestricted use of the render method. Affected Software/OS: Ruby on Rails before 3.2.22.2, Ruby on Rails 4.x before 4.1.14.2 on Windows. Solution: Upgrade to Ruby on Rails 3.2.22.2 or 4.1.14.2 or later.
