Description: | Summary: vBulletin is prone to a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability. Vulnerability Insight: The flaw exists due to a codebase accepts HTTP redirects from the target server specified in a user-provided link. Vulnerability Impact: Successfully exploiting this issue allow unauthenticated remote attackers to bypass certain security restrictions to perform unauthorized actions. This may aid in further attacks. Affected Software/OS: vBulletin versions 5.0 through 5.2.2, and 4.0 through 4.2.3, and 3.0 through 3.8.9.
