zero-size '././@LongLink' files by 'phar_make_dirstream' function in
ext/phar/dirstream.c script.

remote attackers to cause a denial of service (heap memory corruption) or
possibly have unspecified other impact.

Affected Software/OS:
PHP versions prior to 5.6.18 and 7.x before
7.0.3 on Linux

Solution:
Update to PHP version 5.6.18, or 7.0.3,
or later.
