Description: | Summary: SurgeFTP Server is prone to multiple stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. Vulnerability Insight: Multiple flaws are due to insufficient validation of user supplied input while adding new 'mirrors' and new 'domains' Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow remote attacker to create a specially crafted request that would execute arbitrary script code in a user's browser session within the trust relationship between their browser and the server. Affected Software/OS: SurgeFTP version 23d6 and probably prior. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
