Vulnerability Insight: The flaw is due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied input via 'fName' parameter in 'FileDownload.jsp'. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow remote attackers to read arbitrary files and to obtain sensitive information which may lead to further attacks. Affected Software/OS: ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus version 9.1 build 9110 and previous versions. Solution: Upgrade to ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus version 9.1 build 9111 or later.
