Vulnerability Insight: Multiple flaws are due to improper sanitizing - of 'words_exact' parameter passed to 'dosearch.php' script. - of 'category' parameter passed to 'browse.php' script. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow attacker to inject or manipulate SQL queries in the back-end database, allowing for the manipulation or disclosure of arbitrary data. Affected Software/OS: phpMyRecipes version 1.2.2 Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
