Vulnerability Insight: - Certain input related to dynamic fields is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user - The application allows users to perform certain actions via HTTP requests via iframes without performing any validity checks to verify the requests Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow attackers to conduct XSS and clickjacking attacks. Affected Software/OS: OTRS versions 3.1.x prior to 3.1.21, 3.2.x prior to 3.2.16 and 3.3.x prior to 3.3.6. Solution: Update to version 3.1.21, 3.2.16, 3.3.6 or later.
