Affected Software/OS: OTRS ITSM 3.2.0 through 3.2.2, 3.1.0 through 3.1.7 and 3.0.0 through 3.0.6. Solution: Update to OTRS ITSM version 3.2.3, 3.1.8 and 3.0.7 or later.
