Vulnerability Insight: An error exists in application which fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input before using it. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow remote attackers to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials. Affected Software/OS: OTRS versions 2.4.x prior to 2.4.14, 3.0.x prior to 3.0.16 and 3.1.x prior to 3.1.10. Solution: Update to version 2.4.14, 3.0.16, 3.1.10 or later.
