Vulnerability Insight: An error exists in login page which fails to validate user-supplied input to AgentTicketMailbox and CustomerTicketOverView parameter properly. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will remote attackers to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials. Affected Software/OS: OTRS (Open Ticket Request System) version before 2.3.3. Solution: Upgrade to OTRS (Open Ticket Request System) version 2.3.3 or later.
