Description:	Summary: OTRS (Open Ticket Request System) is prone to a restriction bypass vulnerability. Vulnerability Insight: An error exists in DB.pm and LDAP.pm which grants ticket access on the basis of single-digit substrings of the CustomerID value. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow remote authenticated users to bypass intended access restrictions in opportunistic circumstances by visiting a ticket. Affected Software/OS: OTRS versions prior to 2.4.4. Solution: Update to version 2.4.4 or later. CVSS Score: 3.5 CVSS Vector: AV:N/AC:M/Au:S/C:P/I:N/A:N
