PHD Help Desk is prone to an SQL injection (SQLi) vulnerability.

Vulnerability Insight:
The application does not validate the 'operador', 'contrasenia',
and 'captcha' parameters upon submission to the login.php script.

Vulnerability Impact:
Successful exploitation will allow remote attackers to execute
arbitrary SQL commands or execute arbitrary HTML or web script in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site.

Affected Software/OS:
PHD Help Desk version 2.12, other versions may also be affected

Solution:
No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
