Description:	Summary: MyBB KingChat Plugin is prone to an SQL injection (SQLi) vulnerability. Vulnerability Insight: The application fails to sufficiently sanitize user supplied input to the 'username' parameter in 'kingchat.php' before using it in an SQL query, which allows attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands in the context of an affected site. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow remote attackers to compromise the application, access or modify data or exploit vulnerabilities in the underlying database. Affected Software/OS: MyBB kingchat Plugin version 0.5 Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
