Description: | Summary: Semantic Enterprise Wiki is prone to a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. Vulnerability Insight: The flaw is due to an input passed via the 'target' parameter to 'index.php/Special:FormEdit' is not properly sanitised in the 'smwfOnSfSetTargetName()' function before being returned to the user. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow attackers to execute arbitrary web script or HTML in a user's browser session in the context of an affected site. Affected Software/OS: Semantic Enterprise Wiki (SMW+) 1.6.0_2 and prior. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
