Dotclear is prone to arbitrary file upload vulnerability.

Vulnerability Insight:
The flaw is caused by improper validation of user-supplied input passed
via the 'updateFile()' function in inc/core/class.dc.media.php, which
allows attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code by uploading a PHP file.

Vulnerability Impact:
Successful exploitation allows remote authenticated users to upload and
execute arbitrary PHP code.

Affected Software/OS:
Dotclear versions prior to 2.2.3.

Solution:
Upgrade to Dotclear version 2.2.3 or later.
