Description:	Summary: Search Network is prone to a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. Vulnerability Insight: The flaw is due to failure in the 'search.php' script to properly sanitize user supplied input in 'action' and 'query' parameters. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation could allow execution of scripts or actions written by an attacker. In addition, an attacker may obtain authorisation cookies that would allow him to gain unauthorised access to the application. Affected Software/OS: Search Network version 2.0 and prior. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
