Vulnerability Insight: Error in process_stat function discloses the contents of /proc/self/maps in response to a stats maps command. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will let the attacker craft execute malicious commands and pass it to the vulnerable functions to gain sensitive information about the application. Affected Software/OS: MemcacheDB version 1.2.0 and prior. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
