The remote version of BLOG:CMS, according to its version
number, is vulnerable to an arbitrary file include vulnerability
in 'common.php'. Attackers can use this to execute arbitrary
code or to view any file on the remote system.

Versions prior to 3.1.4 are known to be vulnerable.

Solution : Upgrade to 3.1.4 or later.
