Title: | Turbolinux TLSA-2003-34 (gnupg) |
Summary: | NOSUMMARY |
Description: | Description: The remote host is missing an update to gnupg announced via advisory TLSA-2003-34. GnuPG is a complete and free replacement for PGP. GnuPG is a RFC2440 (OpenPGP) compliant application. This bug causes keys with more than one user ID to give all user IDs on the key the amount of validity given to the most-valid key. A user encrypting a message using GnuPG may not be warned if the target user key being encrypted to has an insufficient or no trust path. Solution: Please use the turbopkg (zabom) tool to apply the update. http://www.securityspace.com/smysecure/catid.html?in=TLSA-2003-34 Risk factor : High |
