Title: | RedHat Security Advisory RHBA-2003:178 |
Summary: | NOSUMMARY |
Description: | Description: The remote host is missing updates announced in advisory RHBA-2003:178. Piranha-gui is a Web-based configuration tool for the Piranha load balancing server. It is written in PHP, a server-side scripting language designed for Web applications. PHP code is embedded in HTML using special tags. This errata changes the piranha-gui code to use a more portable style of embedding tag. There are four different sets of tags that are used to embed PHP code, but only two of them are completely portable. The previous piranha-gui uses the less portable php short open tags which are disabled by default in the latest php errata. In this errata, these short open tags have been converted to the preferred XHTML-style tags. Solution: Please note that this update is available via Red Hat Network. To use Red Hat Network, launch the Red Hat Update Agent with the following command: up2date http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2003-178.html http://www.php.net/ Risk factor : High |
