PHP is prone to a __Host-/__Secure- cookie bypass
vulnerability.

Vulnerability Insight:
Due to an incomplete fix to CVE-2022-31629, network and
same-site attackers can set a standard insecure cookie in the victim's browser which is treated
as a __Host- or __Secure- cookie by PHP applications.

Affected Software/OS:
PHP version 8.1.11 through 8.1.27, version 8.2.x through
8.2.17 and 8.3.x through 8.3.5.

Solution:
Update to version 8.1.28, 8.2.18, 8.3.6 or later.
