Vulnerability Insight: Due to inconsistent handling of internal URIs Squid is vulnerable to exposure of sensitive information about clients using the proxy. Vulnerability Impact: A trusted client may directly access cache manager information bypassing the manager ACL protection. The available cache manager information contains records of internal network structure, client credentials, client identity and client traffic behaviour. Affected Software/OS: Squid version 4.9 through 4.17 and 5.0.6 through 5.6. Solution: Update to version 5.7 or later. CVSS Score: 6.8 CVSS Vector: AV:N/AC:L/Au:S/C:C/I:N/A:N |
