Description: | Summary: GetSimple CMS is prone to a remote code execution (RCE) vulnerability. Vulnerability Insight: An insufficient input sanitation is in the theme-edit.php file allows to upload files with arbitrary content (PHPcode for example). This vulnerability can be triggered by an authenticated user, however authentication can be bypassed. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
