resulting in a Denial-of-Service (DoS).

Vulnerability Impact:
If the Fast Open option is enabled in a TCP profile assigned
to a BIG-IP virtual server, an attacker could cause the Traffic Management Microkernel (TMM) to
restart, resulting in a denial-of-service (DoS).
