Vulnerability Insight: urllib supports the 'local_file:' scheme, which makes it easier for remote attackers to bypass protection mechanisms that blacklist 'file:' URIs, as demonstrated by triggering a 'urllib.urlopen('local_file:///etc/passwd')' call.
