Vulnerability Insight: OpenSSL for FreeBSD does not properly check for the existence of the /dev/random or /dev/urandom devices, which are absent on FreeBSD Alpha systems, which causes it to produce weak keys which may be more easily broken. Affected Software/OS: OpenSSL versions up to and including 0.9.4 on FreeBSD. Solution: Please contact the vendor for additional information regarding existing (or recent) updates.
