HTTP/3.

Vulnerability Insight:
When the product is configured to use the HTTP/3 QUIC module,
undisclosed requests can cause worker processes to terminate.

Vulnerability Impact:
Traffic is disrupted while the process restarts. This
vulnerability allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial-of-service (DoS).

Affected Software/OS:
Nginx version 1.25.3 only.

Solution:
Update to version 1.25.4 or later.
