Description:	Summary: MediaWiki is prone to incorrect access control Vulnerability Insight: It is possible to bypass the limits on IP range blocks ($wgBlockCIDRLimit) by using the API. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation would allow a blocked user to access and edit the Wiki anyway. Affected Software/OS: MediaWiki versions 1.18.0 through 1.27.5, 1.28.0 through 1.30.1, 1.31.0 through 1.31.1 and 1.32.0 through 1.32.1.
