- -template and startproject --template, allowed directory-traversal via an archive with absolute
paths or relative paths with dot segments.

Vulnerability Impact:
Successful exploitation would allow an attacker to access arbitrary
files and directories on the file system.

Affected Software/OS:
Django 2.2 before 2.2.18, 3.0 before 3.0.12, and 3.1 before 3.1.6

Solution:
Update to version 2.2.18, 3.0.12, 3.1.6 or later.
