Vulnerability Insight:
The flaw exists due to the php_wddx_pop_element
function in ext/wddx/wddx.c via an inapplicable class name in a wddxPacket XML document,
leading to mishandling in a wddx_deserialize call.

Vulnerability Impact:
An attacker can exploit this issue to bypass security
restrictions and perform unauthorized actions. This may aid in further attacks.

Affected Software/OS:
PHP versions 7.0.x before 7.0.18 and 7.1.x before 7.1.4.

Solution:
Update to PHP version 7.0.18, 7.1.4
or later.
