Description: | Summary: ManageEngine OpManager is prone to multiple vulnerabilities. Vulnerability Insight: Multiple vulnerabilities were found in ManageEngine OpManager: - Denial of Service: When certain characters are in the EncryptPassword value the server process will go into an infinite loop. - Multiple Cross-Site Scripting vulnerabilities: The User Defined DNS Names table in System Settings -> DNS fails to sanitize user input. The ping and traceroute buttons on the MonitoringDevice page fail to sanitize the name of the host being monitored. Vulnerability Impact: A unauthenticated attacker may conduct a denial of service condition. Unauthenticated attackers may inject web script or HTML and steal sensitive data and credentials. Affected Software/OS: ManageEngine OpManager version 12.2 and prior. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
