Description:	Description: The remote host is missing updates announced in advisory CLA-2002:449. Mutt[1] is a text-mode email client (MUA). Joost Pol found a buffer overflow vulnerability in the mutt program that could be exploited by a remote attacker. By sending a crafted email message to some user, the attacker can exploit this vulnerability[2,4] and execute arbitrary commands on the user's machine. These commands would be executed with the privileges of the user running the email client. Solution: The apt tool can be used to perform RPM package upgrades by running 'apt-get update' followed by 'apt-get upgrade' http://www.securityspace.com/smysecure/catid.html?in=CLA-2002:449 http://distro.conectiva.com.br/atualizacoes/index.php?id=a&anuncio=002002 Risk factor : High
