Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow an attacker to conduct a denial-of-service condition and run arbitrary code in the context of the current user. If the current user is logged on with administrative user rights, an attacker could take control of the affected system. Affected Software/OS: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 on Microsoft Windows 10 version 1903 and Microsoft Windows 10 version 1909. Solution: The vendor has released updates.
