Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow an attacker to gain escalated privileges, conduct a denial-of-service condition and run arbitrary code in the context of the current user. If the current user is logged on with administrative user rights, an attacker could take control of the affected system. Affected Software/OS: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.8 for Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 and Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.
