Vulnerability Insight: Flaw is due to an improper sanitation of user supplied input passed via the 'MKD' command. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow a remote attacker to cause denial of service condition resulting in loss of availability for the application. Affected Software/OS: PCMAN FTP version 2.0.7, Other versions may also be affected. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
