Vulnerability Insight: This flaw is due to an error within the IMAP server when handling a long argument to the 'LOGIN' command. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow the attacker to cause denial of service. Affected Software/OS: hMailServer Version 5.3.3 Build 1879. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
