Several other xorg packages (e.g. libxrender) will be recompiled against the fixed package after the release of this update. Affected Software/OS: libx11 on Debian Linux Solution: For the stable distribution (wheezy), this problem has been fixed in version 2:1.5.0-1+deb7u2. For the upcoming stable distribution (jessie), this problem has been fixed in version 2:1.6.0-1. For the unstable distribution (sid), this problem has been fixed in version 2:1.6.0-1.
